Aluminum Composite Panel Installation
Aluminum composite panels (ACPs) are used in most external and internal design solutions. Due to the chemically resistant and eco-friendly coat layer, they can last for years and years without losing any of their qualities and appearance. A variety of applications requires a fast and intuitive aluminum composite panel installation mechanism.
The most common methods of ACP installation are vertical and horizontal. For the interior finish of the premises, we mount a wooden frame as support for aluminum panels. In the case of carcass installation, 40x20 beams are used. The selection of the fixing system depends on the basement type.
Such an approach is widely used in gyms, hotels, offices, hospitals, classrooms, restaurants, meeting rooms, exhibition halls, conference rooms and many other public places.
For indoor applications, we use steel or wood fixing screws because they do not allow the aluminum composite panel to have thermal deformation. The use of stainless steel screws is suitable for outdoor installation. In any case, the opening on the ACP must be larger than the diameter of the screw rod. It is necessary to avoid deformation during temperature contraction or expansion.
Aluminum Profile Connectors
We use the following ACP fittings for our products:
- First shape
- Exterior angle
- Interior angle
- Connecting profile
- Trim insert for AP1887 panel
They are easy to maintain, cut, and install. Aluminum profile connectors help to mount the required shape of the object without loss in construction strength. The configurations of ACP fittings allow you to keep the necessary level of noise absorption. Of course, the same color and fishing are used to create a single image when necessary.
All these types of aluminum profile connectors are available in 6060 and 6063 alloys, which are characterized by an excellent surface finish and high corrosion resistance. For more information, contact our specialists by filling out the form below or call at +1-718-303-2335.
