BR-ALPROF produces aluminum U-shaped channels on the latest equipment. We use 6060 and 6063 alloys since they have excellent processing characteristics and mechanical properties - improved corrosion resistance and high extrudability. Due to its high durability and gorgeous appearance, aluminum U channel extrusions are widely used as exterior architectural elements.

Moreover, we can heighten such qualities as corrosion resistance and aesthetics by applying finishes — anodizing and powder coating. Black anodized aluminum channels are extensively used as a decorative element in architecture. U-shaped profiles are utilized in framing, protecting edges, door sweeps, etc. U shapes are most commonly used in the manufacture of:

  • Furniture for bathrooms. U shaped aluminum tracks are covered with a dense oxide film and are resistant to corrosion for at least 40 years (on aluminum without protection, the first signs of rust appear after 20 years);
  • Glass furniture. The material does not deform over time reliably holding the glass in the frame;
  • Facade structures. The edges of glass facades can be reliably protected by anodized narrow U-shaped aluminum profiles.

What is the delivery time to the EU?

You can order custom U-shaped extrusions of any size according to your unique specifications. We offer many different aluminum extrusions for sale from our catalog of standard shapes. Your “custom” shape might in fact be one of our standard ones.
What finishing techniques do you apply?
We apply powder coating or anodizing when requested. The catalog includes production with and without colored decorative finishes.
