Conditions of collaboration

the contract is set up for supply of profile;
specification is put together on the basis of the requisition;
invoice is issued on the basis of specification;
the order is given to production after 50% of pre-payment;
the remaining amount is paid within 5 days after notifying Customer about readiness of products for shipment by the Supplier;
timing of order execution is from 10 up to 20 workdays (depending on the volume of order and workload of production) when 50% of pre-payment has come to the account;
shipment is carried out when 100% of payment for products have come to the account .

The following is required to master new profile:

working out drawing for aluminum profile for further approval with the Customer;
putting together contract for making and use of tooling for pressing profile;
drawing up and approval of specification for the tools with further issuing of invoice;
manufacturing tools;
making the first batch of profiles (not less than 500 kg).

"The Customer" pays for the tool one time, further expenditures on replenishment of amount of tools, repair, correction, development and others are paid by "Performer".

Timing of manufacturing tools is within 30 days from the date of coming 100% of pre-payment to the Supplier’s current account. Conditions of paying for the tools: 100% of pre-payment within 5 days from the date of signing the specification, being the integral part of the contract for making and use of tooling for pressing profiles.

The timing of making the first batch of goods (not less than 500 kg): within 10 days from the date of coming 50% of pre-payment to the Supplier’s account in accordance with the specification, being the integral part of the contract for supply of profiles, the remaining amount is within 5 days from the date of written notification of the Buyer about readiness of products for shipment by the Supplier.

The payment method is wireless bank transfer to the Supplier’s current account.
